The integrated unrolling control system continuously monitors the speed at which the material is fed to the cutting machine and controls this process with even greater precision than the previous model.

The basis of the technological innovation that comes with the new feeding device is the option for the integrated shut-off function. It cuts the material at the end of the marker even when the cutting machine is still in the process of cutting. This enables roll changes and preparation for the next job without interrupting the production process. Especially for users who often work with short markers, this leads to significant time savings in preparation and setup of processing. The shut-off function can be triggered manually by the user or be set in the cutting machine software to operate automatically.

The control panel has also undergone further improvement, both in design and technologically. This includes a larger touchscreen as well as the ability to operate the feeding cradle from both sides. In addition, it is now possible to preset, save, and manage parameters for different textile materials.

For more convenient design during loading, one side of the Feeding Cradle 100 can be lowered. The roller movement controller continuously detects any fluctuations that create tension. If necessary, the feeding cradle automatically adjusts the feeding speed. In addition, the movement is synchronized with the movement of the cutting machine, which further minimizes stretching and twisting of the material. The feeding cradle not only unwinds material from the roll, but can also rewind it. When a job is finished, this function is used to easily rewind uncut fabric back onto the roll. The rewinding function creates a tightly wound roll for easy storage.

As was the case with the previous version, the Feeding Cradle 100 can hold fabric rolls up to 100 kg when fed from the cradle. The cradle is now equipped with twice as many belts for optimal feeding.

For even greater flexibility, e.g. with statically sensitive and particularly adhesive materials, the feeding cradle can be equipped with an anti-static device option.

The Feeding Cradle 100 is available for Zünd cutting machines of the S3, G3, and D3 series (in widths of 1800, 2270, and 3210 mm).
