Transmatic Sport Series Calender – specialized calanders for continuous transfer for sports and textile applications’
Transmatic Sport Series is designed for transfer of cut pieces – for example sportswear, t-shirts, backpacks, fashion, and advertising.

Offers the possibility for three operating modes:

• Transfer of cut pieces
• Transfer of a full roll
• Continuous roll-to-roll process

Technical characteristics

• Oil-heated drum – economical with even heating, up to 50% lower energy consumption compared to electric solutions
• Drum diameter: 20–100 cm depending on the model
• Working width: 110–190 cm depending on the model

• 3 x rewinding and 3 x unwinding shafts for rolls of transfer paper and textile.
• Electropneumatic guides for precise material alignment
• Proportional thermostat – automatically adjusts the temperature for energy efficiency.
• Safety features – automatic shutdown when excessively high temperature is reached (≈140 °C).
• Inductive control panel (touchscreen) and electronic control system.
