DIGITAL PRINTING THROUGH SUBLIMATION

In a short presentation, the guests were acquainted with the company, with the theoretical part of the process of digital printing on textile through sublimation, with the capabilities of the printer and the ways of finishing the process through transfer after printing. The guests were also acquainted with the advantages and possibilities of printing on polyester under conditions of times requiring fast order fulfillment, individual solutions in fashion, and in response to the especially urgent topic of sustainability of the processes with the aim of protecting the climate and saving the planet’s resources. A special guest, virtually, at the event was a representative of HP, Mateya Zalman, who talked about how HP reached the decision to enter textile printing and to create its first on the market series of digital printers “Stitch.”

After the presentation, the guests had the opportunity to inspect the printer, to test their own and other available fabrics of different materials and to see how they actually look after printing on them. They discussed technical and financial parameters of the technology with employees of Mirage Group, who also attended the event and were convinced that the technology opens new markets by expanding the business activity.

With a small cocktail, the event pleasantly ended for the participants.
